Quality is a team sport.
Over the years at Schoox, I've grown from QA Engineer to Director of Quality Assurance, gaining experience across software testing, quality engineering, leadership and strategy.
Today, my focus is on helping engineering teams build quality into every stage of software delivery through collaboration, automation and continuous improvement. I'm particularly interested in AI-driven testing, modern Quality Engineering practices and how AI can help engineering teams deliver better software.
Beyond my day-to-day role, I enjoy representing Schoox at QA meetups and technology conferences, sharing experiences, exchanging ideas with fellow engineers and continuously learning from the wider QA community.
