Playwright Test: From the Fundamentals to Advanced Automation
Monday September 21, 2026 9:00am - 5:00pm PDT
This full-day workshop covers the full spectrum of Microsoft's Playwright testing framework in TypeScript/JavaScript. You'll learn to generate, write, and debug tests with over multiple interactive hands-on lessons.

At the end of the day, you can master real-world testing scenarios that include visual regression, network manipulation, and multi-page or single-page applications, and you will have explored advanced testing features like fixtures, storage state, and complex API testing.

And of course, you'll learn about AI and how it can improve your end-to-end testing automation flows, too!

“Rise of the Web Agents” Crafting AI-Driven Testers for Modern Web Apps
Monday September 21, 2026 9:00am - 5:00pm PDT
Testing agents promise nowadays autonomous systems and proper handling of reliable test automation solutions. This full day advanced tutorial introduces participants to the emerging discipline of Agentic Test Automation, where we will explore how web automation is guided by intelligent agents capable of orchestrating actions, healing DOM changes and autonomously navigating test-business flows. Problems like fragility, maintenance overhead and browser compatibility are no more!

During the session, attendees will learn three major case studies. How to integrate WebdriverIO and Playwright with MCP and eventually build custom LLM-powered agents to create an automation stack e2e that is resilient and fully operates in CI/CD flow. The tutorial blends hands-on engineering examples, providing a proof on building next-gen QA systems.

By the end of the tutorial, participants will have constructed an end-to-end agentic workflow in which an AI agent:
  • Performs real-time browser UI testing
  • Auto-generate WebdriverIO/Playwright Test Code
  • Integrate with OpenRouter and/ or Github Copilot Agent in Agent Mode
  • Learn and adapt its locator strategy through effective Prompt Engineering Techniques
  • Self-heal broken Web Tests
